Product validation

In order to verify if all requirements are met we always perform product validation testing procedures.

In the prototyping stage this will be an extensive program to validate the compliance with regards to safety, legal, functionality, aesthetics and all other applicable specifications. Parts of the program can be performed in the actual operational environment of the customer to really put the product through its paces.

Based on a thorough analysis of the product specifications and assembly methods, an Inspection & Test Protocol will be created. This will be used during batch- or series production to secure product quality and conformity of production throughout.
